Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Guest Relations Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks.
The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all guest-facing operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Daily tasks include managing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating guest services, and assisting in the development of training for staff to maintain high service standards.
The role also involves fostering strong relationships with guests and gathering feedback to continuously enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with guests effectively and address their needs
- Proficiency in achieving Customer Satisfaction and handling customer feedback proactively
- Experience in staff Training to ensure consistent service excellence
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Arabic, is a plus
