La Coleccion Stays in Dubai is hiring a Guest Relations Executive to manage daily guest operations and field coordination for premium holiday homes. The role combines remote guest communication and on-site operational supervision.

Responsibilities
- Manage all guest communication via Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTA platforms
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and issues
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning quality and conduct property inspections
- Handle maintenance coordination and follow up resolution
- Support check in and check out operations when required
- Ensure compliance with DTCM and building management regulations
- Maintain accurate operational records
- Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to maintaining high review standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Holiday Homes or 5 star hotel operations in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license
- Own car is required
- Currently based in Dubai
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Experience with OTA platforms, PMS and channel managers
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent (Hospitality or related field is a strong advantage)

Overview
- La Coleccion Stays is a premium Holiday Home operator managing high end apartments across UAE. With rapid expansion, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized Guest Relations Executive to manage daily guest operations and field coordination.
- This is a hands on role combining remote guest communication and on site operational supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest communication via Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTA platforms
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and issues
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning quality and conduct property inspections
- Handle maintenance coordination and follow up resolution
