The Guest Relations Executive will maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction across the company's properties.
The role combines guest relations with day-to-day property operations, upkeep, inventory, and staff coordination.
Operations and guest experience
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Address guest concerns before and after booking, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory for furnishings, amenities, and supplies across all properties.
- Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal across properties.
- Implement upkeep schedules and conduct regular property inspections.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.
- Ensure consistent quality control across guest rooms and common areas.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
Vendor and staff coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to support timely procurement and cost efficiency.
- Assist with staff training, including hospitality practices and meal or breakfast preparation support when needed.
