Position Summary
- The Receptionist / Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for all clients and guests at GĀLO.
- This role is responsible for creating a seamless front of house experience, managing daily reception operations, supporting class bookings and memberships, and helping maintain the premium standard of the studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Manage class check ins, bookings, cancellations, and waitlists using Mindbody.
- Provide clear information about classes, instructors, pricing, packages, memberships, and schedules.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk in inquiries promptly.
- Promote class packages, memberships, introductory offers, and retail products.
- Support membership renewals and client retention.
- Ensure the reception area, retail display, changing areas, studio rooms, and guest areas are always clean and organized.
- Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and studio teams.
- Handle client concerns, feedback, or complaints calmly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, boutique fitness, luxury retail, wellness, reception, or customer service.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Experience in a premium or high end environment is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience using Mindbody is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Confident with sales, upselling, and client service.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
Pay
- AED 3,500.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full time role, 5–6 days per week, shift based.
- Must be available for early morning, evening, weekend, and event shifts.
- Based in a premium boutique studio environment within Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club.
