Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure all proposals and client inquiries are responded to within 24–48 hours
- Prepare, update, and confirm travel itineraries
- Issue proforma invoices, booking confirmations, and vouchers
- Coordinate clients’ schedules, activities, and travel arrangements
- Develop travel programs and detailed written descriptions
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and prospective clients
- Promote and sell travel related services
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Request quotations and manage reservations for hotels, tours, restaurants, guides, transportation, and attraction tickets
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival
- Monitor and follow up on itineraries and scheduled activities
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, guest relations, travel operations, or sales is an advantage

About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Guest Relations Executive to join our Sales Department.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating travel services, handling reservations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from initial inquiry through the completion of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure all proposals and client inquiries are responded to within 24–48 hours.
- Prepare, update, and confirm travel itineraries.
- Issue proforma invoices, booking confirmations, and vouchers.
- Coordinate clients’ schedules, activities, and travel arrangements.

- Promote and sell travel related services, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, attractions, experiences, MICE services, car rentals, and other tourism products.

- Ensure all confirmations and vouchers are issued before scheduled activities.
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival.
Requirements
