- Proficiency with basic computer systems and hotel management software
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
- Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, or related field, or equivalent experience

Role Description
- The Guest Relations Coordinator is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
- Focuses on welcoming guests, managing check in/out, and ensuring prompt, courteous assistance throughout their stay.
- Day to day includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating special requests, and communicating with other departments.
- Maintains records, supports front desk duties, and promotes hotel services.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills.
