Role Description
- The Guest Experience and Telecaller role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to guest inquiries, and providing clear information about bookings, property features, and policies.
- Day to day tasks include coordinating check in and check out details, managing reservation changes, and documenting guest feedback.
- The position involves close communication with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure that guest requests are addressed promptly and accurately.
- The role also includes maintaining call logs, following up with guests to confirm satisfaction, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to guest services.
- It also includes Cold calling or calling interested property owners.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Customer service experience in hospitality, travel, or a related field, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and stay organized under pressure.
- Comfort with basic computer tools and reservation or CRM systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Fluency in English
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on site in Dubai with flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude, problem solving mindset, and willingness to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Previous telecalling, front desk, or call center experience is preferred; a diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is beneficial.
