The Guest Relations Agent is the face of hospitality for the dining experience.
The role welcomes guests, manages reservations and inquiries, addresses requests, and helps create memorable restaurant experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued throughout their dining experience.
- Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about restaurant offerings and promotions.
- Address guest feedback, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with restaurant service and kitchen teams for seamless operations and timely service.
- Uphold Hilton standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Follow health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
