Responsibilities
- Create memorable guest experiences: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.
- Manage guest reservations and inquiries: Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests efficiently while providing accurate information about restaurant offerings and promotions.
- Support guest satisfaction: Address guest feedback, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with restaurant teams: Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and timely service delivery.
- Maintain Hilton service standards: Uphold the highest levels of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail in all guest interactions.
- Ensure compliance and safety: Follow health, safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
