The Guest Relations Agent is the face of hospitality for Hilton's food and beverage operation.
The role focuses on welcoming guests, managing reservations and inquiries, and enhancing the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued throughout their dining experience.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests.
- Provide accurate information about restaurant offerings and promotions.
- Address guest feedback, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for seamless operations and timely service.
- Uphold Hilton hospitality, professionalism, and attention-to-detail standards.
- Follow health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
