Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest calls, inquiries, and service requests
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, dining options, transportation, and local attractions
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests
- Handle guest complaints and concerns over the phone, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction
- Follow up on pending requests and maintain communication with guests to ensure a seamless experience
- Record guest preferences, requests, and feedback in the hotel system as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Guest Services, Call Center, Front Office, or Customer Service within a 4 star or 5 star hotel preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong problem solving abilities and a guest centric approach
- Familiarity with hotel management systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and service oriented Guest Relations Agent to join our Guest Services team at a prestigious 5 star hotel in Makkah.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting guests primarily through telephone communication, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest calls, inquiries, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, dining options, transportation, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns over the phone, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending requests and maintain communication with guests to ensure a seamless experience.

- Adhere to hotel standards, policies, and service excellence guidelines.
Requirements

- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; additional languages are considered an advantage.

Pay
- SAR 5,000.00 SAR 6,000.00 per month
