Deliver all services offered at the Guest Experience locations – including selling the Gift Card PLUS.
Assist guest by providing directions/information, answering questions, and performing other centre specific services as assigned.
Stay relevant in fashion, maintain brand knowledge including price points, and gift suggestions to ease shopper’s path to purchase.
Proactively listen to identify and deliver on customers needs.
Communicate effectively with shoppers, retailers, centre management and all shopping centre personnel.
Work closely with the Management Office and the Marketing Department to assist with marketing needs
Maintain supply stock of promotional items
High School Education; post-secondary education preferred in a related field of study (i.e. Hospitality, Marketing/Communications, Real Estate/Property Management, etc.)
Previous guest services or customer service experience (required)
A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent guest experiences
The ability to effectively and politely communicate with shoppers, retailers, Centre Management, Service Providers, all shopping centre personnel
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Strong written and oral communication skills
Conflict resolution/management skills
A friendly, approachable, proactive and solution focused attitude
Computer skills – including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and Social Media tools and services
Organization and time management skills
The ability to adapt quickly to change in work requirements with the ability to can re-prioritize tasks as needed
The ability to engage in physical activities including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending
