Sunscape Vacation Homes seeks a Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator to manage guest communication, welcome guests, coordinate housekeeping, and ensure properties are guest-ready.

Responsibilities
- Handle guest communication via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, phone, and PMS systems
- Personally welcome guests during check in and attend check outs when required
- Inspect apartments before guest arrivals and after departures to ensure standards
- Coordinate daily cleanings with the housekeeping team and inspect cleaning quality
- Submit guest access requests and registration emails to building management before arrival
- Collect guest passports and required documentation
- Register guest check ins and check outs in the DTCM Holiday Homes Portal
- Coordinate maintenance issues with external contractors and follow up until resolved
- Encourage satisfied guests to leave reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in Holiday Homes / Short Term Rentals in Dubai
- Hands on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com and PMS systems (Hostaway or similar)
- Experience with DTCM guest registration
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Highly organized, disciplined, honest and reliable
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred

About the Role
- This is a hands on operational role. You will communicate with guests, personally welcome them, visit apartments, coordinate housekeeping, and ensure every property is guest ready.
- This is not an office only position and requires frequent travel between properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest communication via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, phone, and PMS systems (Hostaway or similar).
- Personally welcome guests during check in (company standard).
- Attend guest check outs when required.
- Inspect apartments before guest arrivals and after departures to ensure they meet Sunscape standards.
- Coordinate daily cleanings with the housekeeping team.
- Inspect cleaning quality and request re cleaning when necessary.
- Submit guest access requests and registration emails to building management before guest arrival.
- Collect guest passports and required documentation.
- Register guest check ins and check outs in the DTCM Holiday Homes Portal immediately after arrival and departure.
- Coordinate maintenance issues with external contractors.
- Report and follow up on operational issues until resolved.
- Encourage satisfied guests to leave reviews.
Requirements
