Position summary

Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience throughout the entire stay.

Guide guests through a wide range of services and make operational transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
  • Remain on the feet and move around for extended periods while performing hands-on work.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • No related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification.

Schedule and workplace

  • Full-time schedule.
  • The role is not remote and is based at the St. Regis property on Marasi Drive in Dubai.
  • The position requires physical presence and movement in the hotel environment.
