Position Summary

Guest Experience Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

The role processes operational needs, addresses guest requests, completes reports, and shares local-area information.

The position is non-management and based at Dubai Parks & Resorts in Dubai.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create memorable guest experiences through proactive and hands-on service.
  • Process operational needs and respond to guest requests.
  • Complete reports and share local-area highlights with guests.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain professional communications and personal appearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
  • The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Work Arrangement

  • The position is not remote and is located at Dubai Parks & Resorts, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The schedule is full time.
