Position Summary

Guest Experience Experts provide services that guide guests through their entire stay.

The role combines guest service, operational transactions, request handling, reporting, and local-area information.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience throughout the guest stay.
  • Process operational needs and guest transactions.
  • Address guest requests and provide information about the local area.
  • Complete reports and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
  • Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Physical Work Requirements

  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • The role includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Schedule

  • The position is full-time.
