Position summary
Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out.
Guide guests through their entire stay by providing personalized services and handling operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Remain mobile and take a hands-on approach while completing guest service duties.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Two years of related work experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Workplace and schedule
- The position is full time and located at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi.
- The role requires physical presence, extended movement, and hands-on work.
