Position Summary

Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience beyond routine check-in and check-out.

Guide guests through their entire stay by taking initiative and moving through the work area to complete needed tasks.

Make operational transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.

Guest Experience Duties

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Use a hands-on approach to deliver services throughout the guest stay.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Work Standards

  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
  • Support a safe workplace and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Schedule and Workplace

  • The position is full time.
  • The role is not remote and is based at the hotel in Dubai Marina.
