Job Details

Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.

Take initiative and move around the work area to complete needed services.

Make operational transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests.
  • Complete reports and other reasonable duties as requested.
  • Share highlights and information about the local area.
  • Follow company policies, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional personal appearance and communication.
  • Remain on the feet and move around for extended periods while performing hands-on work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
