Position Summary
Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the full hotel stay.
Provide a wide range of services and make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
- Take initiative and move around the work area to complete tasks required for guests and the business.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Schedule and Work Setting
- The position is full time.
- The role is not located remotely and is based at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
