Position details

Rooms and Guest Services Operations role in Doha, Qatar.

Full-time schedule at Diplomatic Street, Area 61, Street 806.

The position is not remote and is classified as non-management.

Guest experience duties

  • Create memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the stay.
  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms or the designated bell area.
  • Make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Work conditions

  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • The role requires movement through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and up and down stairs or service ramps.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • The role requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
