Position Summary

Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.

Provide front-desk and guest services that make operational transactions part of the overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local-area highlights.
  • Move throughout the work area and take a hands-on approach to guest service.
  • Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Schedule and Workplace

  • The position is full time.
  • The role is not located remotely and involves active, in-person work.
