Position Summary
Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.
Provide a wide range of services while moving through the work area and taking initiative to complete operational needs.
Guest Service Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
- Help make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Workplace and Physical Requirements
- The position is not remote and requires hands-on work in the hotel environment.
- Remain on your feet and move around by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
