Guest Experience Expert - Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai

Position Summary

Guest Experience Duties

• Guide guests through their entire stay and make transactions feel part of the experience.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local-area information.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Work Standards

• Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while moving around the work area.
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and use stairs or service ramps.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is listed.

Work Arrangement

• The position is full time, not remote, and based at the Four Points by Sheraton property in Bur Dubai.
