Position Summary

Deliver a wide range of services throughout each guest's stay to create a memorable and unique experience.

Support operational needs, guest requests, reporting, local-area guidance, vehicle assistance, and luggage transportation.

Take an empowered, mobile, hands-on approach to guest service.

Guest Services

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests.
  • Complete reports and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
  • Share highlights and information about the local area.
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and transport luggage to guest rooms or designated bell areas.

Standards and Physical Requirements

  • Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move through narrow, confined, elevated, stair-accessed, or service-ramp areas.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Schedule and Workplace

  • The position is full time and located at Dubai Production City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The role is not remote and is classified as non-management.
