Position Summary

The Guest Experience Expert delivers memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the guest stay.

The role combines guest service, operational support, request handling, reporting, and local-area guidance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports.
  • Share local-area highlights and information with guests.
  • Take a hands-on approach and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Work Requirements

  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain professional communication, personal appearance, and uniform standards.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required or listed.
  • No supervisory experience is required or listed.
