Position Summary

Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.

Provide a wide range of services, process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local-area highlights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take initiative and move throughout the assigned space to complete required work.
  • Make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while creating a safe workplace.
  • Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

  • Remain on your feet and move around by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • Perform hands-on work involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
