Position Summary

Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience throughout the entire stay.

Provide a wide range of services, process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local-area highlights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards, contribute to a safe workplace, and maintain professional appearance and communications.
  • Remain mobile and take a hands-on approach to assigned duties, including moving and placing objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Workplace and Physical Requirements

  • The position is full time and not remote.
  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and performing hands-on work.
