Position Summary

Guest Experience Experts create memorable and unique stays by guiding guests through a wide range of services.

The role includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local-area highlights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver guest service throughout the entire stay and make transactions part of the guest experience.
  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and provide local-area information.
  • Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
  • Perform hands-on work while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Schedule and Position Type

  • The schedule is full time.
  • The position is non-management.

Workplace

  • The role is performed on site at W Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
