Position Summary

Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience throughout the guest stay.

Provide a wide range of services and take initiative to guide guests through their hotel experience.

Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.

Workplace and Schedule

  • Full-time schedule.
  • Role is not remote and is based at the W Hotel on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
  • Position type is non-management.
