Position Summary

Guide guests through their entire stay by delivering a wide range of services and helping make operational transactions part of the experience.

The role is a non-management guest services position focused on responsive, memorable, and unique guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs related to guest stays.
  • Address guest requests and provide service throughout the guest experience.
  • Complete reports and other required operational documentation.
  • Share highlights and information about the local area.
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality.
  • Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
  • Remain on your feet and move around by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Work Setting

  • Full-time position located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
  • The position is not remote and involves mobile, hands-on work within the hotel.
