Schedule and Position
- Full-time position in Rooms & Guest Services Operations.
- Non-management role at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
- The role is not remote and requires hands-on presence in the hotel environment.
Position Summary
Create memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.
Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services and guide guests through hotel transactions.
Provide proactive, hands-on service while moving through the guest and operational spaces.
Core Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local-area highlights.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
- Protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional appearance and communications.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
