Position Summary
Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the guest stay.
Take initiative to provide a wide range of services and move throughout the work area to complete required tasks.
Make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Remain active for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Schedule and Workplace
- The position is full time.
- The position is not remote and is based at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
- The role requires physical presence and movement in the guest service environment.
