Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.

Deliver a wide range of services while moving through the work area and taking initiative to meet guest and operational needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
  • Make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Schedule and Work Setting

  • The position is full time.
  • The role is not remote and requires standing, sitting, walking, and hands-on physical activity for extended periods.
  • The position is non-management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
