Position Summary

Provides memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.

Delivers a wide range of guest services and makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

The position is categorized under Rooms and Guest Services Operations and is non-management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
  • Guide guests through their stay and deliver personalized service.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Workplace and Physical Requirements

  • The role is not remote and is based at the hotel location in Dubai.
