ROZE BioHealth is hiring a Guest Executive / Treatment Coordinator to manage front-of-house operations, patient scheduling, and administrative support in a dental clinic. The role requires previous front-of-house or reception experience, strong customer service skills, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a premium clinic experience
- Maintain accurate patient records and update clinical systems
- Coordinate follow ups, recalls, and post treatment communication
- Handle patient enquiries across phone, email, website, and WhatsApp
- Support billing, invoicing, payments, and petty cash tracking
- Assist with insurance processes
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and reception presentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team to meet KPIs and patient care standards
- Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Contribute to a paperless and efficient administrative environment
Requirements
- Previous Front of House / Reception experience (Dental experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional language is a bonus)

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Guest Executive / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team at Roze Bio Health.
- This is a key role within the clinic, where you will be the first impression for our patients and play a vital part in delivering an exceptional patient journey.
- Location: Dubai. Start Date: ASAP. Employment Type: Full time (5 days per week, including weekends).
Key Responsibilities
