  • Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences and make service transactions feel like part of the experience.
  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local-area information.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands-on physical tasks.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
