Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest experiences from arrival through departure.

Take initiative to deliver services that guide guests through hotel arrival and departure.

Handle operational needs, guest requests, reports, and local-area information.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and respond to guest requests.
  • Complete reports and share local-area highlights with guests.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Work Environment

  • The role is full time and based at the hotel in Doha.
  • The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
  • The role involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.
