Position Summary

The Guest Arrival Expert (Bellman) delivers services that guide guests through memorable arrival and departure experiences.

The role supports guests with operational assistance, requests, reports, local-area guidance, and hands-on service.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver guest services throughout arrival and departure experiences.
  • Process operational needs and hotel transactions.
  • Address guest requests and complete operational reports.
  • Share highlights and information about the local area.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required in the stated preferred qualifications.
  • No supervisory experience is required in the stated preferred qualifications.
  • No license or certification is required in the stated preferred qualifications.

Work Conditions

  • The position is scheduled full time and is not remote.
  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Objects weighing more than 75 pounds may be handled with assistance.
