Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest arrival and departure experiences from start to finish.

Provide a wide range of services while moving throughout the assigned hotel space and responding to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address guest requests, complete reports, process operational needs, and share highlights of the local area.
  • Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
  • Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Schedule and Work Setting

  • The position is full time.
  • The role is based at Salwa Road in Doha, Qatar, and is not remote.
  • The position requires extended standing or movement and hands-on physical work.
