Position Summary
Create memorable and unique guest arrival and departure experiences.
Deliver a wide range of services and take initiative to complete operational needs and guest requests.
Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete operational tasks and reports while addressing guest requests.
- Share highlights and information about the local area.
- Move throughout the work area and provide hands-on guest assistance.
- Follow company policies, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.

- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 50 pounds independently, with assistance for heavier objects.
