Position Details
Job category: Rooms & Guest Services Operations.
Location: Diplomatic Street, Area 61, Street 806, Doha, Qatar.
Schedule: Full time.
The position is non-management and not remote.
Position Summary
Create memorable and unique experiences for guests from arrival through departure.
Provide guest services, process operational needs, address requests, complete reports, and share local-area highlights.
Core Responsibilities
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and communicate professionally.
- Remain mobile and perform hands-on duties, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
