Role Overview

Guest Arrival Experts create memorable and unique guest experiences from arrival through departure.

The role provides a broad range of services while moving through the hotel environment and taking initiative to meet guest and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
  • Help make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
  • Perform other reasonable work duties as requested.

Work Requirements

  • Follow company policies and procedures, preserve confidentiality, protect company assets, and maintain quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain appropriate personal appearance and uniform.
  • Remain standing, seated, or walking for extended periods.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 23 kg independently and heavier objects with assistance.

Desired Qualifications

  • A secondary-school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Workplace

  • The position is based at the Ritz-Carlton hotel on Ras Abu Abboud Street in Doha, Qatar.
  • The position is not remote and requires active movement within the hotel environment.
