About the Role
Kikidrop seeks a GTM Marketing leader to own the full funnel across a B2B SaaS portfolio, driving predictable customer acquisition in Western markets from Dubai. You will build and lead a team blending performance marketing and content production, measured on pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Design and run the paid acquisition strategy across search, social, and programmatic channels
- Own the attribution model and measure what's working
- Lead creation of platform resonant content across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, podcast guesting, and long form editorial
- Shape distinct editorial voice per product
- Prioritize product launches and growth sprints across the portfolio
- Work directly with product leadership to shape roadmap based on market feedback
- Identify and test new channels before they're saturated
- Recruit, develop, and retain a team of performance marketers, content creators, and growth operators
- Model a culture of high candor and intellectual honesty
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
- At least 3 years leading a team of five or more
- Deep hands on fluency in paid acquisition
- Track record of building content programs that generated attributable pipeline in Western markets
- Experience marketing to North American or Western European buyers
- Taken at least one B2B SaaS product from early traction to a repeatable GTM motion

The Mission
- Drive predictable, scalable customer acquisition for a family of B2B SaaS products targeting mid market and enterprise buyers in North America and Western Europe.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team that pairs performance marketing muscle with platform native content production.
- Establish our Dubai office as a center of marketing excellence that feels local to our target customers.
What You'll Own
- Design and run the paid acquisition strategy across search, social, and programmatic channels, with clear CAC and LTV targets for each product line.
- Own the attribution model. You'll decide how we measure what's working and kill what isn't.
- Build a testing flywheel: creative variants, landing page iterations, audience segmentation, offer structures.
- Lead the creation of platform resonant content across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, podcast guesting, and long form editorial.
- Shape a distinct editorial voice per product.
- Establish a production cadence that balances deep, research backed thought leadership with daily, reactive content.
- Prioritize product launches and growth sprints across the portfolio.
- Work directly with product leadership to shape roadmap based on market feedback.
- Identify and test new channels before they're saturated.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a team of performance marketers, content creators, and growth operators.
- Model a culture of high candor and intellectual honesty.
- Coach first time managers.
Hard Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team of five or more.
- Deep, hands on fluency in paid acquisition.
- Track record of building content programs that generated attributable pipeline in Western markets.
- Experience marketing to North American or Western European buyers.
Measurable Track Record
- You've taken at least one B2B SaaS product from early traction to a repeatable GTM motion.
- You can walk us through a specific instance where content and paid worked in lockstep.
- Your references will describe you as the person who raised the team's standards.

Location & Logistics
- This role is based full time in Dubai.
- Relocation support is available for exceptional candidates.
- You'll work from our office with occasional travel to customer events and team offsites in Western markets.
What Success Looks Like (Year One)
- A unified GTM framework is live across at least two portfolio products, with documented CAC, payback period, and contribution margin by channel.
- The content engine is producing measurable demand: we can trace closed won revenue back to specific content investments.
- You've hired the core team—performance lead, content lead, growth operators—and established a genuine performance culture.
- The leadership team can confidently answer: 'What would happen to our pipeline if we doubled her budget tomorrow?'
