About the Role
Kavodax is seeking a Go-To-Market and Sales Leader to architect and execute the strategy from early traction to market dominance. This equity-only role involves building the full GTM strategy, leading customer acquisition, and working directly with the founder.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute the full GTM strategy across enterprise, fintech, and developer ecosystems
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for multiple customer segments
- Lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and channel development
- Establish pricing, packaging, and revenue models
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap based on market intelligence
- Build and lead a high performance GTM team as we scale
- Be the Sales Leader
Requirements
- 5+ years in GTM, product marketing, or commercial leadership in stablecoin, cross border payments, and cryptocurrency
- Hands on experience scaling stablecoin or digital asset products with owned commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of stablecoin adoption, liquidity dynamics, and regulatory considerations
- Background in fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, or financial services
- Proven success launching and scaling B2B or platform products
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution level
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
