Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide sustainability processes in compliance with GSAS requirements
- Conduct environmental assessments
- Coordinate with project teams and provide technical reports
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with sustainability certifications
- Offer consultancy on green building practices
- Monitor project milestones to meet established sustainability goals
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GSAS standards and guidelines, green building practices, and sustainability principles
- Project management skills including stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and compliance assurance
- Proficiency with sustainability related software, data analysis tools, and documentation processes
- Experience in developing technical reports, conducting environmental assessments, and providing consultancy services
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience on large scale infrastructure, building, or specialized facility projects (advantageous)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and local regulations (beneficial)

Role Description
- This is a full time on site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) Consultant.
- The GSAS Consultant will oversee and guide sustainability processes in compliance with GSAS requirements.
- The role involves liaising with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with sustainability certifications, and monitoring project milestones.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of GSAS standards and guidelines, green building practices, and sustainability principles
- Project management skills including stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and compliance assurance
- Proficiency with sustainability related software, data analysis tools, and documentation processes
- Experience in developing technical reports, conducting environmental assessments, and providing consultancy services
- Strong communication, problem solving skills, and capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in sustainability or GSAS are a plus
- Previous experience working on large scale infrastructure, building, or specialized facility projects is advantageous
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and relevant local regulations would be beneficial
