Responsibilities
- Supervise the complete GRP enclosure manufacturing process
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Manage production staff and allocate work efficiently
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Monitor raw material consumption and reduce production waste
- Coordinate with purchasing and stores to maintain adequate inventory
- Maintain moulds, tools, and production equipment
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Train and develop production personnel
- Coordinate with design, sales, and quality departments for smooth project execution
