Role Overview
The Growth Strategy & Partnership Manager will be the engine behind ORBT's US commercial expansion.
You will identify, cultivate, and close high-value partnerships across the digital payouts ecosystem, owning the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and deal structuring through to onboarding and revenue optimization.
You will serve as ORBT's primary commercial face to strategic US counterparts and represent the company at key industry events.
1. Partnership Development & Deal Closing
▸ Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with key market players across retail, e-commerce, telecoms, financial services, and insurance positioning ORBT as the preferred payout infrastructure partner in the US market.
▸ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of payment gateway partners to embed ORBT payout rails into their settlement, refund, and disbursement workflows.
▸ Target BNPL platforms, banks, and digital wallet providers to position ORBT gift card payouts as an alternative and superior resolution mechanism for refunds and credits.
▸ Pursue insurance carriers and claims processors to convert dispute resolutions and claim settlements into instant digital payouts via ORBT's gift card infrastructure.
▸ Engage travel, hospitality, and entertainment brands to structure loyalty, rewards, and compensation programs powered by ORBT's digital payout rails.
▸ Drive telecom, e-commerce, and retail partnerships to offer ORBT-powered refunds, buyback credits, and trade-in payouts with instant value delivery and loyalty bonuses as a consumer differentiator.
▸ Structure and negotiate commercial agreements including revenue-share models, API licensing arrangements, and white-label partnerships.
2. Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
▸ Own and manage the full US partnership pipeline, from initial outreach through to signed agreements and active integration.
▸ Convert pilot partnerships into long-term, scalable commercial agreements, with clearly defined revenue milestones and growth levers.
▸ Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and deliver regular pipeline, forecasting, and performance reports to leadership.
▸ Represent ORBT at high-impact industry events and fintech conferences including Money20/20, Finovate, PYMNTS, Smarter Faster Payments, and eMerge Americas.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
▸ Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to shape API integration roadmaps aligned with US partner requirements and market demands.
▸ Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted collateral, co-branded campaigns, and thought leadership content for the US market.
▸ Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on KYC/AML requirements, contract negotiations, and deal economics.
Qualifications
▸ 5–10 years in partnership development, business development, or strategic sales within fintech, payments, or gift card distribution.
▸ Direct experience at or selling into: Blackhawk Network, InComm, Tango Card, Raise, Brex, Ramp, or comparable platforms.
▸ Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements with six- to seven-figure revenue impact.
▸ Deep existing network across US payment gateways, BNPL providers, insurance carriers, or retail / e-commerce platforms.
▸ Comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where you build the playbook as you execute it.
