Role Description
- The Growth Strategy Manager is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement.
- The role involves developing and refining growth strategies to expand participation in sports programs, optimize resource allocation, and support sustainable sector development.
- Daily responsibilities include analyzing market and sector data, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing strategic recommendations and presentations for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support cross functional projects and initiatives that enhance talent development and community engagement.
- Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with national sports policies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and assess trends.
