About the Role
Own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs.
Initially own credit and commercial programs while building reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of go-to-market motions.
Build an operating system that helps teams identify, incubate, and own growth motions without routing every motion through centralized operations.
Responsibilities
- Build shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems for Startup GTM growth programs.
- Automate work across the program lifecycle to make each subsequent motion faster to launch.
- Own credit and commercial program strategy and evolution.
- Turn audience selection, eligibility, offer configuration, distribution, and measurement into reusable building blocks.
- Create a repeatable path from growth ideas to targeted, operationalized, measurable GTM motions.
- Enable ADs, VC Partnerships, and other Startup GTM teams to incubate and own programs independently.
- Develop shared frameworks for sizing, economics, attribution, experimentation, and optimization.
- Drive dependencies across Product, Engineering, Finance, User Operations, and other teams.
- Graduate long-term capabilities to the appropriate teams and establish clear maintenance accountability.
